The Vander USA F-11 Half Rack & Functional Trainer brings you 2 Main Functions in one machine, which offer endless possibilities and the industry's top standard.
Function 1: Half Rack - This feature can be used for several different workouts including free squats, bench press, military press and more. The adjustable attachments can be positioned aligned with your desired workout.
Function 2: Functional Trainer - This feature includes adjustable cables and pulleys that swivel allowing endless possibilities to your workouts. Each cable is attached to a 160lb iron weight stack.
